Approx. Time of first symptoms = 24 hours. Wherever you are, you may need to take Nexium 24HR Once Daily Dosing at the first sign of symptoms. Symptoms may include:

• Difficulty swallowing or passing food food or drink in time with the esophagus• Difficulty passing food or drink in time with the esophagus

• regurgitation (wall stomach inflammation)• Discomfort or loss of appetite with food or drink passing
